Feel free to add yourself to the list of assistants or add points to the agenda. Please note that we don't need to solve all the points of this agenda! It is an initial proposal of overview of the tasks the local team needs to deal with. It is sorted more or ess in order of relevance/urgency and I suggest that we follow this order in the meeting. I have invited the organisers of the Jornades de Programari Lliure de la UPC sending an email to a general address. I think it would be good if we could invokve them in any way, since they have experience organising events and they know the Vilanova location. I'm also going to invite Andreu Ibàñez (IWS & Hispalinux) since he was quite active at the beginning. Who else? IMO the main LUGs could be represented since the beginning. I'm thinking of CALIU and Badopi, Manel Zaera from the Tarragona area could be interested as well... It doesn't need to be a huge general meeting. We want that people who attend may assume some kind of role and responsibilities.
