In the nick of time, I got another version from Vinicius that at least addressed
the problems regarding the file format / dimensions. He did not have an opportunity
to fix any of the textual suggestions, so this is what we're running with in the end:

Despite the minor comments that we still might have, i like it a lot, and want to thank
Vinicius but also Willem-Jan and anyone else involved in getting this done!
