In the "C/C++ > Precompiled Headers" section of the project's
properties in Debug, check that precompiled headers are configured.
Also, check that changing the casing of StdAfx.h in the properties to
stdafx.h works (don't forget to make the change in "All
Configurations" so it applies to Release mode as well).
