Unofficial debug build of Gtk+ (3.1.18-23-gb53a66b), GTKMM 3.1.18, and friends using MS VC++ 2008 Express is available as well as CMake files.

Thanks to Fedora MinGW team and Kalev Lember for fresh gtk+ prerequisites binaries.
