Well, yes. I removed the some old files (from the vectorutils POV). So
there are no arrayhandle.h, listhandle.h, slisthandle.h, containers.h
and helperlist.h anymore. But since glibmm won't break API for now,
then I'll prepare a patch for glibmm just adding the new header and
tests for it and leaving the rest as is.

Ok, I'll just maintain the `vector' branches of glibmm, pangomm and
atkmm (mostly merging with master) until sometime they will be merged
into masters.
