Re: glibmm I/O example

I have finally figured out why subscribing to IO_IN | IO_OUT resulted in
repeated onWrite calls while onRead starved.
One of the file descriptors I was this source on happend to be a pipe
with very little writes. It seems this was always writable and starved
everyone else. I didn't need to check writability on the pipe and took
it out. It works now.
