Gtk+ is not self built. Gtk+ binaries are taken from Tor's site. But
gtkmm I had to build, because the installers for 2.12.3 were not
available.  And I'll be using the new Gtkmm as I'm using the api in
the new gtkmm.

I'll try to simplify the program.
