Mingw version of GTKmm win32 binaries

Hi,

I'm unable to find reliable information about the mingw/gcc version used to produce the win32 
binaries offered here: http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/binaries/win32/gtkmm/

The manual http://www.gtkmm.org/docs/gtkmm-2.4/docs/tutorial/html/sec-windows-installation.html 
suggests 3.2 but also says that msvc isn't supported while the above binaries include msvc support. 
3.2 is also kind of old, even by mingw standards...

Until now I've assumed that it was built with the stable gcc version at the time of the release, so 
most probably 3.4.2-20040916-1. There would be two problems with this: 4.3 for sure will be 
incompatible (since it'll use dwarf eh probably). 3.4.5-20060117-2, the current stable release, has 
the following notes at the end:
"...so introduces an ABI-incompatibility with earlier gcc-3.4.x releases" so it would be 
incompatible as well...

Does anyone know anything?
