Hi all,
has anyone seen this bug: I have a window w/ a notebook tabs pane on
it. 2 tabs. The first one has no combo boxes on it. The 2nd tab has
several. When I start my application, switch to the 2nd tab, click any
of my combo boxes, chose a value, then switch back to my 1st tab and
exit the application, I get
(fire_mortars.exe:4836): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: g_object_ref:
assertion `object->ref_count > 0' failed
Press any key to continue . . .
and a fatal error & my program crashes on exit. This error occurs with
ALL combo boxes on this page using this sequence.
But, when I start my app, go to the 2nd tab, DON'T click on any combo
box, go back to the 1st tab and exit. All is fine.
I'm using Gtk 2.10.6 from http://gladewin32.sourceforge.net/modules/news/
& Gtkmm 2.10.6 from
http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/binaries/win32/gtkmm/2.10/
I am unable to use the latest version of Gtk with Gtkmm from these sites
because when I run my apps after a complete recompile, I get some run
time error - that I can't remember what it is. After 2 attempts, I quit
and went back to what I knew worked.
Has anyone seen this?
If you have a solution, would you please let me know what you've done?
Thanks so much.
--Sincerely, Allen
