I've already installed Pango and Cairo.
Please if someone has an idea about how to work around it, I would be really

The latest stable version of gtkmm is 2.10 not 2.12 (maybe you were
looking at the glibmm version?). In any case, if you're just starting
out with gtkmm, I would highly recommend starting with pre-compiled
packages. Is there any reason that you need to build it yourself? If
you're on linux, you should be able to install it from your
distribution's package repository, and if you're on windows, you
should be able to grab cedric's installer packages
(http://www.pcpm.ucl.ac.be/~gustin/win32_ports/)
If you really do need to build it yourself I'd probably need more
information to diagnose your problem.
