[gtkmm] When you need to fix GTK+ for gtkmm

Now that you should all be working on patches for gtkmm 2.3, I thought this
list might be useful. It shows some of the bugs/patches that we submitted to
GTK+ or GNOME in the past in order to make gtkmm work:
