I've pushed a couple of RPM packaging fixes & a plugin fix

 - Added missing gnutls / gtkglext BuildRequires tags to the RPM spec
 - Made the mozilla plugin configure.ac check work with FireFox 3
    which pointlessly renamed the pkgconfig file :-(
 - Added an RPM sub-package for the plugin (disabled by default)

With these done, it now builds succesfully on Fedora 9
