New project using Gtk2-Perl: GCstar

Hello,

GCstar (http://www.gcstar.org) is a recent project that uses Gtk2-Perl. The
program is a pure Perl one and the graphical interface use no other toolkit.

It's the successor of GCfilms already listed on this page:
http://gtk2-perl.sourceforge.net/links/ . It's not only specific to movies as
GCfilms was, but to any kind of collections. Uncluded ones in current version
are movies, video games, books and music. But user could also create its own
type of collection.

As GCfilms is not maintained anymore, it could be replaced with GCstar on the
links page with this description "a personal collections manager". That's its
official description, but feel free to use another one if you wish.
