attach_defaults

Something came up in discussion in IRC last night, but i am not in a position
to do anything about it...
There's Gtk2::Table::attach(), and there's Gtk2::Table::attach_defaults().
The two do not meet.
Why don't we let attach() with only 6 parameters map to attach_defaults()?
