AFAIK, No ! 

I am glad to see that finally they made a release (05/17/2005) after
such a long time (4 years).

Are you looking for any widget in particular ? Our own muppet has
created an alpha release for GtkSheet bindings.

I am not aware of any other widget that is bound to gtk2-perl.
