ExtUtils::PkgConfig provides a simplistic Perl interface to the  
pkg-config library configuration management utility.

This pure-Perl module is available from CPAN[*] and from the gtk2-perl  
sourceforge project page, at

Overview of Changes in 1.07

* Disable the RPM-related postamble on Win32.  The 'date' command
  on windows is interactive, and caused Makefile.PL to hang.
