Hi all--
I am now getting an unusual message from windows gtk2-perl.
When I try to run my script I get a message box from perl.exe that says:
The procedure entry point g_type_default_interface_unref could not be located in the dynamic link library
libgobject-2.0-0.dll.
The command line error is:
Can't load 'C:/Perl/site/lib/auto/Glib/Glib.dll' for module Glib: load_file:The
specified procedure could not be found at C:/Perl/lib/DynaLoader.pm line 230.
at HUD.pl line 3
Compilation failed in require at HUD.pl line 3.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at HUD.pl line 3.
This is a brand new error for me and coincides with installing Glade (though I could have done something
stupid to cause it!).
I have uninstalled Glade, uninstalled the gtk2 windows runtime, and removed the gtk2-perl (inlc Glib, etc. )
ppms. Then reinstalled the gtk2 and gtk2-perl. Still isn't working. The path looks fine.
Things like the gtk-demo that comes with the runtime works OK.
I'm using gtk-win32-2.4.14-rc3 and All-Gtk2-Perl-20050208. Windows XP.
Sorry if this is the 9000th time this has been asked here, but I really did search the archives.
Suggestions greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
