Gtk2-Html2 0.01 (alpha)

Incomplete and quite alpha bindings for gtkhtml2:

Tarball includes "mupzilla", a crappy but functional web browser written
in 195 lines of perl code.  That is, it loads my homepage, and i can
follow links and see images.

No DOM stuff is bound, so forms don't work.

If someone would like to take ownership of this, i can give you a
tarball of my cvs repository.  It is functional enough to work in a help
viewer, so my interest is fulfilled.
