Gtk2::GLExt 0.02 (alpha)

It occurred to me today that Ross's bindings for gtkglext have been  
sitting in CVS since november without any releases available for people  
to download.

I have now rectified that.

This alpha release depends on the bleeding-edge Gtk2/Glib releases,  
since they have the cool doc toys and will be stable very soon.
