Gtk2::Table widget alignment

Hi all,

How can I have the widget I attache to a table be aligned either on the
left or on the right.

I attach the Gtk2::Entry $fieldNamewidget to my table using the following
function call :

$custtable->attach($fieldName,1,2,0,1,'shrink','shrink',0,0);

My problem is that the widget appears to be centered in the row. How can I
have it aligned to the left of the row ?
