Running scripts from Nautilus

Hi:
Now everything is working fine with Glade-Perl and i can run my scripts,
But not from Nautilus.
Do you know why do i need to run my scripts from the terminal window?
Is there a way to run the my script from nautilus?, when i click on them
they do not run.
