ANNOUNCE: new gtk2-perl project leader

Hi all,

For personal reasons I have to step down as project leader.
Guillaume Cottenceau has kindly agreed to take over the 
responsability.

Guillaume has been the most active developer since early days
and is a skilled perl and Gtk+ hacker. He also seems to have 
a humble enough personality to navigate this project successfully.

I think it will be business as usual with open debates and 
continous growth in libraries/examples/tests/etc.

It has been a pleasure to work with all contributors in our
pan-european team.

I will not drop out, but remain as a developer on this
old baby of mine.
