bug with Gtk::Toolbar / show_all

hi there ...

I have a Toolbar that is defined like that:

$toolbar = new Gtk::Toolbar('horizontal', $style)

$style is one of the usual Toolbar Styles,
but with the $window->show_all(); feature it 
is always on both, not matter what $style says.

btw, I'm using the Gnome Module
