I've pushed changes reverting the upgrade of cmake, so it's back to 2.8.9. You'll need to run
gtk-osx-build-setup.sh to put it in place.
I've also pushed a patch that makes the m4 directory in gtk+-2.24.21.
Looks like charset.alias gets built, but not installed, in glib-2.38.0. I'll continue investigating that.
