FcPattern is part of FontConfig, not Freetype, but yes, I built it today with no Freetype or Fontconfig and no errors. That was on 10.8 with SDK 10.8 and Xcode 4.5.1. I'll try a clean tree tomorrow on 10.6 with SDK 10.5 and Xcode 4.2.
