Thanks for pointing that out. Both issues are fixed in the moduleset, so you can just run jhbuild again. (Assuming that you have your moduleset argument pointed at the Github repository, the default. Otherwise you'll have to download the updated moduleset; the easiest way is to run gtk-osx-build-setup.sh again.)
