[PATCH] gtk-quart-engine on gtk3

Hi John,

I was testing gtk3 and the quartz engine on OSX but gtk-quartz-engine
from git doesn't compile because it uses some deprecated
macros/functions/headers.

I attached an small patch fixing these issues. I omited the configure.ac
changes intentionally. I hope you find it usefull.
