[Gtk-osx-users] Updating jhbuild?

	Since we're getting jhbuild from a repository, it doesn't have a built in version string.  If i wanted to see how new/old a particular installation is, where's the best place to look - maybe the datestamp of jhbuild.xml?  Also, how often is it worthwhile to update??  Every time i use it???
