OK, got it ! Using your hints, I have been able to successfully compile my 
sample using VC++ and 3 .lib files I have generated. 

I'm going to produce .lib files for all DLLs. Are you OK if I send you an 
archive containing them all, so you can test them before I put them in the 
Bundle ? (maybe you can see problems I do not, as I have little experience 
with VC++)
