The repository
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/windows:/mingw:/win32/openSUSE_10.3/
for 32-bit binaries, and
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/windows:/mingw:/win64/openSUSE_10.3/
for 64-bit ones. The Windows binaries are in the "noarch" RPMs.
The spec files in the source RPMs should tell you how they are built.
The windows:mingw:win32 stuff is being rebuilt currently with a
toolchain built from the mingw-w64 project on SourceForge (they now
provide also a toolchain producing plain 32-bit binaries), and the
windows:mingw:win32:legacy stuff will stay being built with a
toolchain built from mingw.org. Hope this isn't too confusing. My
colleague Fridrich Strba (Cc'ed) can tell you more.
