Packing a widget with unevenly extra space divided between children

Hello.

I would like to be able to divide extra space allocated to a container
unevenly between all children of a container.

For instance, suppose there are two text field widgets packed into an
hbox. If the hbox is given extra space, the first widget could be given
25% of that space, and the second one 75%.

Is there any container capable of that?
