need TextIters at TextTags positions from TextBuffer

Hi,
to write back formattings to a file, i need GtkTextIters at the bounding
positions of all set GtkTextTags from the GtkTextBuffer.
I checked the sources and it seems that i could get the info from the
GtkTextBTree.
Is there a way to get it from the API?
