gdk-pixbuf-csource crash on windows.

gdk-pixbuf-csource.exe crashes on windows, If i use to generate data
from a png file.

I'm giving the command like this.

gdk-pixbuf-csource --raw --build-list image_data image.png

My png library version is 1.2.20 and gdk-pixbuf-csource is looking for
libpng13.dll.

I'm using gtk-2.12.3 which was downloaded from
http://www.gimp.org/~tml/gimp/win32/downloads.html

Any help is greatly appreciated.
