Touchpad doesn't work after starting a GTK application.

Hello,

when I start a GTK application, my touchpad stop working. After start X
server and (not gnome) window manager touchpad working well. But after
starting random GTK application (i.e. vim-gtk, mozilla-firefox, ...) it
stop working. I'm using synaptics driver

I'm using Debian, X.Org 6.8.2, libgtk2.0 2.6.4-3.1 and libgtk1.2
1.2.10-17 (but I think it doesn't matter - I tried several versions of
X, libgtk even synaptics touchpad driver) on Acer Aspire 1353LC.
