No, the Imlib theme engine will still use Imlib. The Imlib->pixbuf change
has no effect on the other theme engines (Notif, Redmond95, Metal).

There will probably be a new pixbuf-based theme engine, but it will still
work with GTK-only apps as long as you have gdk-pixbuf (and dependencies)
installed.
