Sorry for making an off-topic reply ;-) but I felt I HAD to comment
on Havocs' book.  I have not read it completely, but I consider it
one of the MOST well written computer books I have ever seen.  If only
ALL authors wrote as clearly as Havoc.  If anyone on this list has
NOT read that book, DO SO!!!  IT IS EXCELLENT!!!  Great Job Havoc!!!
