warning.. it only runs in 16bpp right now...

and i suggest you run it:
./Xeanim ../nexus.eanim -shmp -glob 256

to get maximum optimisation... admittedly I have a PIi-300 wiht an 8MB
MilleniumII AGP card at home.. :) That's my first try and an animation
format/encoder/decoder/player ever.. so you'll have to go easy on me..
it probably needs a lot more work. I twas anough work to have it encode
(wiht loss parameters), and decode again - then manage to have it
decode reasonably quickly.. :)
