GtkText paste bug?

There are still a bug in the paste function in GtkText is there someone
working on this?
The problem is that when I try to paste sometimes the text will not be
inserted....
Any idea whats wrong?
Both gide and gedit have this error so I think the bug is in GtkText
widget..
