support for 'standard' rc file?

This gtk_rc_parse(char *filename) thing is very nice. However, I miss
the possibility of doing something such as gtk_rc_parse((char*)NULL) and
having the app parse some kind of ~/.gtkrc where I put my 'standard'
general settings.
Or maybe just automatically parse it if it's there, and add/replace from
specific rc file...
Or am I missing something?
