So, in contrast to what I've heard, it seems rule-based approach
is not sufficient for Lao?
I as the LibThai maintainer am happy to include Lao support to it.
Just finding free time to do it. In fact, Lao's rule-based proposal
has made me try to design some abstraction for generic word break.
But if dictionary-based approach is to be used in the end, that
should make things less complicated.
