I never saw a RTL localized version of MS-Windows; however, from a document
on RTL interface I read (and I don't remember the url right now) it should
be mirrored too. (and that makes sense imho).

So, boutons are inversed, and text of the titlebar is either centered or
right justified (jsut as it is either centered or left centered for LTR
interfaces).
