gtk-doc.cat & gtk-doc.dtd

I'm going to 'cvs remove' gtk-doc.cat and gtk-doc.dtd.

I think they were used ages ago when we used jade to fix
cross-references, so we don't need them any more.

Let me know if we still need them.
