The style changes are in CVS now.  I also got some comments on the new 
style and changed the CSS a little to simplify things a little.  I also 
changed the Docbook output for parameter lists a bit, which results in 
more compact lists for the XML output.  The updated sample output is 
available at the URL in my last message (above).

It would be good to make the new release now.
