Nobody has had time to create these yet, and in truth I don't know if
Gtk 3 is very stable on Win32 at this point.

You can try to build it yourself using jhbuild, some out-of-date
instruction are here: http://afuera.me.uk/jhbuild-windows (you would
need to use the new mingw/msys packages however)
