GtkTextBuffer serialization/deserialization into Rich Text Format

Hi developers,

I've written a library that includes GtkTextBuffer
serialization/deserialization functions for Rich Text Format. I have
just released the first public version. I'd be willing to work with
somebody on converting the RTF functionality into a patch for GTK if
you're interested.
