A few things in io-gdip-utils.h need attention:

1) I redefined _() if it wasn't already defined. Instead, you probably
want to remove that code and add an #include <gdk-pixbuf-i18n.h>
2) I'd remove the "_ico" suffix from the MODULE_ENTRY macro definition.
