Aren't we making things harder than they need to be? On Windows
you can't launch the Preview from the print dialog, just from a
menu under "File". That makes things simpler, how about we follow
the same convention?
I agree it would be nice to have it in the Print dialog _also_,
but that may be optional, depending on whether or not the platform
supports that, and it is an established practice. Otherwise a
"File | Print Preview" should do.
If we do have it in the dialog, the Preview button should not close
the dialog, that would be counterintuitive.
