GTK+ and a11y requirements

GTK+ Experts:

It is my understanding that the API freeze for GTK 2.4 is rapidly approaching.
There are 4 GTK+ a11y stopper bugs which would be wonderful to include in
GTK 2.4.  These include:

We are rapidly approaching a point where the desktop is usable by people
with accessible needs, so resolving these issues would be a huge win for
GTK+ based applications, including the GNOME desktop.

It would be useful if I could get some guidance regarding what we need
to do in order to get these changes into GTK 2.4, if this is at all
possible.
