Preventing a GtkTextView from scrolling

Hi,

I'm using a GtkTextView in a word processor like app. My application ispage-oriented, so I handle scolling myself.Is there a way to prevent GtkTextView from scrolling automatically whenthe cursor gets close to the view margin?

I couldn't find any  easy way to do that.
