This page (koders.com) must have some policy that makes it unpopular with
Google. I search quite often but I cannot remember even visiting the site!

As you noticed - no code seems to use all three pipes, so I'm still
searching for a solution. One,

comes in quite similar, but doesn't redirect the stdin.
